More than a supplier. A local partner.
Local support
Field application and engineering teams across six cities in India, Gurugram, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, with defined response commitments.
Consumables continuity
Managed import, registration and cold-chain logistics keep reagents flowing without interruption.
Validated onboarding
In-house bioinformatics validate the platform into working pipelines, so it delivers results, not just readouts.
Flexible commercials
Payment flexibility, credit facilities for new accounts and co-investment in lab set-up.
The solutions
Assays across solid tumour and blood cancer, pharmacogenetic testing, and the Labcycler instrument.
Where it fits
Molecular pathology and personalised-medicine workflows.
Why we offer it
Robust, ready-to-run kits that reduce molecular-testing turnaround so clinicians can decide sooner.
Their vision
The right drug, for the right patient, at the right time. Diatech envisions a world where genomic testing is an essential and accessible part of every patient's journey, where healthcare is guided by knowledge, and every individual receives the treatment that's truly right for them. A future where precision medicine is not a privilege, but a shared reality.
Where it sits in the Genique stack
Diatech Pharmacogenetics spans three tiers, and it is the one platform in the stack built around ready-to-run kits rather than around an open workflow. That is a deliberate fit for labs that want a validated assay rather than a method to develop.
- Library preparation and detection: assays across solid tumour and blood cancer, pharmacogenetic testing, and the Labcycler instrument to run them on.
- Analysis and reporting: the accompanying software, so a kit arrives with its interpretation rather than needing one built.
- Where it sits in the stack: real-time PCR for hotspot questions where turnaround decides it, alongside the targeted NGS panels from SOPHiA GENETICS and Paragon Genomics where breadth does.
- Typical use: a lab adding a fast, fixed-content test alongside a broader NGS menu rather than replacing it.
How Genique supports it in India
Supplied and supported by Genique in India as the official distributor.
- Lead time: four weeks from purchase order to delivery. Every item on the current list is held in stock rather than built to order.
- Service: handled remotely, by the field application and engineering team in India.
- Training: on site, for as many people as the laboratory needs trained rather than a fixed number of seats. One to two days.
- Consumables: four weeks to replenish, on the same stocked basis as the first order.
Regulatory status in India
Diatech Pharmacogenetics supplies oncology and pharmacogenetics assay kits, labelled by the manufacturer for research use.
- Labelling: Research Use Only. That holds even where a product carries CE-IVD, CE-IVDR or FDA marking in another jurisdiction, because an approval granted elsewhere does not travel to India.
- CDSCO: nothing on this page is approved or licensed by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation as an in-vitro diagnostic device.
- What accreditation does and does not cover: accreditation of a laboratory evidences the quality system and the method validation under which work is performed. It does not change the regulatory status of an assay.
- What this means for a NABL laboratory: several of these kits carry European IVD marking, and that marking does not carry into India. They are supplied here for research use.
