Who we are

Genique Lifesciences Private Limited (“Genique”, “we”, “us”), CIN U74999HR2018PTC074337, Unit-805, 8th Floor, Unitech Arcadia, South City-2, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India. Genique is the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact: contact@genique.co, +91 124-426-3051.

What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, organisation, work email, area of interest and message. Otherwise we hold only standard server logs and cookieless analytics. This website collects no genetic, health or diagnostic data. Data arising from testing services is governed by the separate agreement with the relevant laboratory or client, not by this policy.

Purpose

We use the data you provide to respond to your enquiry and to maintain our business records. We do not profile you, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent and withdrawal

You give consent by submitting the contact form. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing contact@genique.co; withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Processors and sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run this site: Formspree (form delivery), Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile spam protection and cookieless analytics) and Microsoft 365 (mailbox).

Content from other sites

Separately from the processors above, some pages can load content published on YouTube, Google Maps and LinkedIn. Those companies are not processing data for us. When you press the button that loads one, your browser connects to them directly and they receive your IP address and browser details, and their own privacy policies apply to what follows. Nothing is loaded from them until you ask for it, apart from the still image on a video, which is served by YouTube when the page opens.

Processing outside India

Formspree and Cloudflare process data outside India, under contractual safeguards with those providers.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting purposes.

Rights of the Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to a summary of your personal data and our processing of it, correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data, erasure of data no longer needed, grievance redressal, and nomination of another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. Email contact@genique.co to exercise any of these.
